20 YEARS HANDS ON FORMULATION EXPERIENCE
I am highly experienced in skincare, body care and hair care formulation development from first principles, combining good project management skills and innovative approach to problem solving. It is my passion to follow the beauty market trends and integrate the latest ingredients and novel technologies to deliver breakthrough consumer experiences. I am always focused on consumer needs and best, cost friendly solutions.  I have an extensive knowledge of cosmetic raw materials & actives, their function, properties, and behavior.

6 YEARS IN CONTRACT MANUFACTURING & PRIVATE LABEL

In my latest job I was responsible for delivering all aspects of formulation development and technical project management for customer briefs. I have converted many briefs into exciting, new product solutions in alignment with customer expectations and brand position. I was working with the leading brands such as Unilever, Perrigo, Kicks, Henkel, Galderma, Sephora and more.

10 YEARS IN COSMETIC INNOVATION & PRODUCT DESIGN
I hold a certificate in the Innovation Process Management and have many years of experience in the innovation pipeline road map creation and delivery. In that role I focused on gathering insights, presenting new trends and product concepts also leading formulation innovation process and formulation projects.

10 YEARS OF COATCHING & MENTORING
I have an experience in managing, supervising and developing chemists to elevate their skills & knowledge and to deliver project key activities in a timely manner. Also sourcing, training and working with students on innovation project to investigate feasibility and create new business opportunities.

Very familiar with tools for efficient team work to save time, improve quality of work and support business initiatives (new process set up, spreadsheets, data bases, training materials, commercial materials, product offer etc.)
